Tuition and Payments

Cancellation and Refunds

• Missed classes without prior notice may not be eligible for a makeup session.

• The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to low enrollment, instructor availability, weather, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.

Attendance

 

Students are expected to:

• Arrive on time.

• Attend classes regularly.

• Participate respectfully.

• Complete assigned work.

Repeated absences may affect learning outcomes.

Student Conduct

Students are expected to maintain respectful behavior toward instructors and other students.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate enrollment for:

• Disruptive behavior

• Harassment

• Bullying

• Threatening conduct

• Damage to property

• Academic dishonesty

• Violation of classroom policies

No refund is required for removal due to misconduct.

Online Classes

 

For virtual instruction:

• Students are responsible for having reliable internet access.

• Sessions should be attended from an appropriate learning environment.

• Recording sessions without written permission is prohibited.

Intellectual Property

All course materials, worksheets, videos, presentations, lesson plans, assessments, logos, graphics, and website content remain the intellectual property of Expert Education Training or its licensors.

• They understand that academic success depends on attendance, effort, participation, and practice.

• They understand that no specific academic results, grades, test scores, admissions, or scholarships are guaranteed.

• They agree to receive communications related to the student's enrollment.

• They agree to abide by all Company policies and Terms & Conditions.

• They acknowledge responsibility for tuition, fees, and other agreed-upon charges.

 

Where required by law, parents may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their child's personal information, subject to applicable legal and recordkeeping obligations.

BUSINESS PROTECTION & LIABILITY POLICY

No Academic Guarantee

Expert Education Training provides professional educational instruction but does not guarantee specific grades, standardized test scores, admissions, scholarships, or other educational outcomes.

The Company shall not be liable for:

• Student performance

• Internet disruptions

• Personal property loss

• Indirect or consequential damages

Assumption of Risk

​

Parents and students acknowledge that participation in educational programs requires personal effort, attendance, and independent study. Learning outcomes vary based on individual circumstances.

Indemnification

Parents, guardians, and adult students agree to indemnify and hold harmless Expert Education Training, InfoTekGuide, INC, its owners, employees, instructors, contractors, and affiliates from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Violations of these Terms & Conditions.

• Misuse of the Company's website or educational materials.

• Misconduct by a student or parent.

• Inaccurate information provided during registration.

• Unauthorized sharing, copying, or distribution of proprietary educational materials.

Photography and Recordings

Photographs, audio recordings, or video recordings of students will not be used for marketing or promotional purposes without prior written consent from a parent or legal guardian.

Students and parents may not record classes, instructors, or other students without the prior written permission of Expert Education Training.

Right to Refuse or Terminate Service

Expert Education Training reserves the right to refuse enrollment, suspend, or terminate services when a student or parent:
